This hotel met needs in every way, can recommend. The property was clean and the room was neat. We where in a good location within a close distance from Dali Paris Museum. And it was nestled in front of a tube station.

Fairly clean hotel, liked to be just next door to a subway / train station, tram stops and Paris thanks to great and decent location. The rooms were neat with a great tv, the staff were incredibly nice. The food was brilliant, affordable.

Great location near Porte de St. Ouen and Hopital Bichat. Clean and comfortable rooms, polite and accommodating staff. Better than most 3-star hotels in Paris.

This hotel was fantastic, and I give it a 10 out of 10! It was reasonably priced, easy to find (nearest station is Gare du Nord, or the metro station of Port du Saint Ouen is literally 100m away), the breakfast was nice, with baskets of pastries being replenished constantly, nice coffee and a medley of other treats. The hotel is very new, and as such is great, with a wonderfully powerful shower. The room was very clean, and the staff were fantastic. There is a Velib bike station about 30m away and as such we didn't pay to travel at all as it was only a 20 minute ride to all the main attractions.I Would not hesitate to stay here again.
There was nothing I didn't like. The street is lively, but the windows are double glazed and keep most of the noise out. We had no problem sleeping at all.

Perfect little and pretty standard hotel located in a dynamic area adjacent to also by bus, a subway/train station and a metro stop. Plenty of brilliant food. Great and decent location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Besides, easy to get to Square des Epinettes.
